On Saturday a 17-year-old from Decatur contacted police after claiming her ex-boyfriend threatened her with a gun.
The ex-boyfriend was in a van with others on West Wood Street. As the van drove away, the victim noticed a handgun pointed out the back window. The gun was aimed at the victim, but she couldn’t make out who was aiming it.
The girl was unharmed. Police are searching for the ex-boyfriend.
