A trial has been set for Matthew Anderson in connection with the death of Curtis Hairston at Long John Silver’s on January 4th. Anderson will face four first-degree murder charges. He was involved in a firearms trade with two others. When one of the people at the deal left, Anderson then entered the restaurant and discharged his firearm which led to an exchange.
Two guns were found at the scene, which investigators say were Hairston’s.
Matthew Anderson’s trial is set for November 18th. He has entered a not guilty plea.
