Decatur Police partnering with AVA for Halloween costumes

Once again, the Decatur Police are partnering with AVA to collect and donate slightly used, new and clean Halloween costumes to families who have trouble affording them.  This is the Decatur Police’s 5th year working with AVA and their Halloween Boutique Program.  You can find them in front of Giggles on Merchant Street and the Decatur police station.  There will be boxes set up for collecting donated costumes.
