Kaleb Vaughn of Taylorville has been accused of sexual assault against a child younger than 13. Vaughn, who is 21, is charged with two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault against a victim under 13.
Both counts are considered class X felonies and, if convicted, each count would put Vaughn behind bars for six to sixty years. Vaughn is being held on half a million dollars bail.
