A Decatur man who called Bob Evans restaurant three times and threatened to show up with a gun and shoot a certain employee is behind bars.
On the morning of August 23rd, Billy Mullin called the restaurant and began his threatening diatribe. Mullin repeated his threat multiple times to unsuspecting workers who answered the phone. Mullin also apparently threatened arson in a text message to someone that same morning.
During their investigation, police became aware of Mullin and they arrested him shortly after 10 a.m. the same day.
Mullin’s bail has been set at $50,000.
