Today the Decatur Park Board voted to bring in United Airline provider SkyWest to Decatur Airport.
The Department of Transportation will now listen to the community to make their final decision. The decision should be made within the next two months.
Cape Air’s contract with Decatur Airport is set to end in January of next year. The new service would take over in February.
