Macon County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested 25-year-old Brynn Heathcock over the weekend after a high-speed chase. Heathcock was seen carelessly changing lanes on Route 36 in the early hours of Sunday morning in a green Toyota Camry.
He turned onto Airport Road traveling Westbound on 36 and ignored police lights and sirens. He then turned into the Baker Woods neighborhood, got out of the car and began running from police. Heathcock was arrested late in the evening on Monday and will now face charges of aggravated fleeing and eluding police, reckless driving, DUI and a number of other counts.
