The Macon County Health Department has cited a lack of a CFPM as the reason for closing Wingstop.
The store had a three-week window to train an employee for the position but an employee was never certified and there was no record of the restaurant attempting to fill the void.
The business was closed back on August 6th and by August 8th the owner hired on three Certified Food Protection Managers and the store was then allowed to resume business.
