Its that time of year again with the smell of corndogs and all matters fried food in the air the Illinois State Fair get underway tonight with the Twilight Parade. Fair officials this week also unveiled this years Butter Cow with the theme of Building our Future. This years cow is sporting a construction hard hat while surrounded by construction cones. The Illinois State Fair runs through August 18.
