A man was arrested on 51 North of Forsyth on a scooter moving at a slow rate of speed. The man was pushing the scooter with his foot and swerving from the shoulder to the roadway.
After he was stopped by police, the man was asked to raise his hands and his hoodie. When the man raised the hoodie, an officer noticed a pistol and the man then advised officers that he had another pistol on his ankle. The man had a registered FOID card but did not have a valid concealed carry. He was then booked for two preliminary counts of unlawful use of a weapon.
