Devonta Bond of Decatur has been arrested on preliminary charges of attempted murder and armed robbery.
Bond was arrested Tuesday following the shooting of a Missouri man outside of the EconoLodge at 5170 N. Wingate Drive near Forsyth. The Missouri resident was shot in the back and his injuries are possibly life-threatening. Police are waiting for additional tests to confirm the severity of the injuries.
