Illinois lawmakers are looking at a ticking clock. Lawmakers have until the end of the week to agree to a new budget, and/or pass anything else they want done before next year. The deadline for a new budget is May 31st. Lawmakers are also still trying to agree on a new sports betting law, a plan to legalize marijuana, as well as a multi-billion-dollar road construction plan.
