Police say a 17 year old male employee and his assistant manager stepped outside where a argument took place , about taking the trash out. the 17 year old employee refused saying the other employee wasn’t sharing the work load and taking trash out. The employee then says the manager spat in his face about the same time her boyfriend punched him in the face. The Decatur Police Department has classified the case as aggravated battery.
