Nicholson and the woman are accused of attacking another couple during a fight. The altercation took place early Tuesday morning in Ashburn, Virginia, which is minutes from the Redskins’ practice facility. Nicholson has played in all 14 games for Washington this year with seven starts.

(Anaheim, CA) — The Los Angeles Angels are taking a flier out on starter Matt Harvey. The two sides agreed to a one-year, 11-million-dollar deal on Tuesday. The 29-year-old former Mets’ ace was traded to Cincinnati in May after struggling in New York. He went 7-and-7 with a 4.50 ERA with the Reds. Harvey earned an All-Star nod with the Mets in 2013 and helped them advance to the World Series in 2015.
