Man Charged With Threatening Contractor in Oreana
A man is accused of threatening a contractor with a gun in Oreana. Richard Jourdan faces charges of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon and aggravated assault. Authorities say the incident happened last Saturday on South Street. The contractor said he was building a fence in a backyard when Jourdan walked out of a nearby home and threatened to shoot him.
