Macon Co Deputy Arrested For DUI
A Macon County sheriff’s deputy is charged with DUI. Authorities say Andrew Ziegler was spotted driving at a high rate of speed early Monday on U.S. Route 51 in Forsyth. A deputy tried to pull him over, but he didn’t stop. Other deputies later located the vehicle stuck in a ditch on Washington Street Road, and Ziegler was taken into custody. The State police are investigating.
