MIDWAY BLITZ INJUNCTION
A U.S. District Court judge in Chicago has issued a preliminary injunction against federal immigration enforcement agencies’ use-of-force tactics during Operation Midway Blitz. Judge Sara Ellis made the ruling Thursday at the Dirksen U.S. Courthouse in Chicago.
