Investigation Into “Mysterious” Allergic Reaction At Tri-City School
Tri-City School District officials say nothing “alarming or hazardous” turned up during an investigation after several students had an allergic reaction last week. Yesterday, Sangamon County and state Health Department officials were at the middle school where five students had reactions. At least two students were taken to the ER, and others reported hives. As of right now, the source of the allergic reaction has not been determined, but the investigation is ongoing.
