PARENTS BILL OF RIGHTS

Illinois U.S. Rep. Mary Miller has filed a constitutional amendment to what her office says would permanently establish the “God-given right of parents to direct the upbringing and education of their children.” Miller said her Parental Rights Amendment would ensure parents, not the government, hold the ultimate authority and responsibility for the upbringing, education, and care of their children.
