Pritzker Reacts To the Shooting Death of Charlie Kirk
(Chicago, IL) — Governor Pritzker is condemning the shooting death of conservative activist and Chicago area native Charlie Kirk. In multiple posts on social media, the governor called the attack on Kirk “horrifying.” He said, “Political violence has no place in this country and should never become the norm.” Later, Pritzker said no one in this country should have to fear gun violence, whether it is in class in high school or attending an event on a college campus.
