The Kiwanis Early Birds and Golden K Kiwanis clubs will be celebrating the opening of a new Little Free Library at the Decatur Housing Authority (1808 E. Locust St., Decatur, IL) tomorrow (Thursday, Sept. 11th) at 10:00 AM. This is their 7th Little Free Library in Decatur. Pastries and coffee will be available.
