Plaintiffs in the case challenging the prohibition of licensed concealed carry on mass transit in Illinois say they are reviewing their options after a federal appeals court overturned a lower court’s decision that the law was unconstitutional. The Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled the law is “well within our nation’s history and tradition of firearm regulation.”
