One Killed In Labor Day Shooting In Decatur
(Decatur, IL) — One man is dead following a Labor Day shooting in Decatur. Police say Tracy Cunningham was shot Monday night in the 17-hundred block of North Church Street. He died later at the hospital. The shooting remains under investigation.
