Decatur Couple Charged With Animal Cruelty After Deaths Of Two Pet Dogs
(Decatur, IL) — A Decatur couple is charged with animal cruelty following the deaths of two pet dogs in their home. Police say Race Chapman and Angela Powell were arrested on May 29th. Two huskies died after they were left on their leash for an extended period. Authorities say the couple failed to provide “adequate” food and water to several cats and dogs.
