New Trial Request Denied For Decatur Couple
(Decatur, IL) — A judge is denying a request for a new trial made by a Decatur couple convicted on child porn charges. The Macon County judge also rejected another request to vacate the conviction of Doug and Kelly Nichols. Both were found guilty of possessing child pornography last October. Kelly Nichols was sentenced to six years in prison. Doug Nichols is scheduled to be sentenced next month.
