14yo Shot In Decatur
(Decatur, IL) — No one is in custody after a 14-year-old boy was shot in Decatur last week. The shooting happened Thursday while the teen was getting off a bus near Oakland Avenue and West View Street. Police say the victim and a friend exited the bus at the same time as another girl, whose older brother thought the two were following her. An argument ensued, and shots were fired. The teen is expected to recover.
