New Sentencing Date Set For Decatur Couple Convicted On Child Porn Charges
(Decatur, IL) — A new sentencing date is set for a Decatur couple convicted on child porn charges. Douglas and Kelly Nichols were found guilty of possessing child pornography last October. The couple was arrested in 2022. The pair was set to be sentenced in November, but it has been postponed several times. The new sentencing date is scheduled for May 19th.
