Police: Decatur Teen Shot His Big Toe Off
(Decatur, IL) — A 14-year-old teen is hospitalized after he shot himself in the foot. It happened the morning of December 19th, at a home in the 12-hundred block of East Willard Avenue. Decatur Police say the teen mishandled the gun and it accidentally went off. He shot his big toe off but is expected to be OK.
