Deadly Motorcycle Crash In Sangamon County.
(Sangamon Co., IL) — A man is dead following a motorcycle crash over the weekend in Sangamon County. Authorities say James Comerford was riding a motorcycle Saturday on Route 104 when he collided with a pickup truck near Waverly Road. Comerford was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck was cited for failure to yield at an intersection and failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash.
