Authorities ID Woman Killed In Deadly Bike Crash In Chillicothe
Authorities are revealing the identity of the woman killed in last week’s deadly bike crash in Chillicothe. Shelly Perry died after a minivan failed to stop at a stop sign and hit her while she was riding her bike Friday morning near North Bradley Avenue and Sycamore Street. Perry was dragged under the vehicle for approximately 20 feet before the van stopped. The driver was cited for disobeying a stop sign.
