Dale’s Southlake and Colee’s Corner Drugs has received their first shipment of Johnson & Johnson & Moderna vaccines, and will be holding multiple COVID clinics on Monday-Wednesday, April 12-14th.
Staff is currently scheduling appointments now. You must be 18+ for these 2 types of vaccines and you must have an appointment to receive your vaccine at our stores. All vaccine clinics for Dale’s & Colee’s pharmacies will be at our Colee’s Corner Drugs location in Forsyth, at the corner of Weaver Rd & US 51, near Buffalo Wild Wings.
J&J vaccine clinic on Monday, April 12 from 12-3pm, 1st dose Moderna vaccine clinic on Tuesday, April 13 from 9-4pm. Your second dose appointment will be made at this appointment.
