WENDY WILLIAMS DOESN'T REGRET STAYING WITH EX HUSBAND KEVIN HUNTER: According to People, during a recent panel where she was promoting her new Lifetime movie Wendy Williams: The Movie, Wendy said that she doesn't regret staying with ex husband Kevin Hunter. She explained, “The life that I’m living right now is my best life, and I have no guilt about saying that. I don’t regret meeting Kevin, I don’t regret falling in love, I don’t regret staying with him for all 25 years, 21 of them married.” She also revealed that she stayed in the marriage for her son. She explained, “The bigger the talk show got and the more I would look into my son’s eyes and see the things that he needed regarding having his father present in the home, and his mother and the family foundation, the more I decided to give of myself.”
PORSHA WILLIAMS DEFENDS HER SISTER AND MOM AFTER THEY GET DRAGGED ON SOCIAL MEDIA: Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams took to social media to defend her mom Dianne and her sister Lauren. On Sunday's episode of RHOA, Porsha had a conversation with Dianne and Lauren about their relationship with their late father, Hosea Williams II. They also discussed Dianne's relationship with Lauren's mother. After the episode aired, Porsha revealed that people have been calling Lauren her “half sister” and her mom a “side chick.” Porsha said, “Don’t go to my sister’s page, don’t go to my mom’s page, definitely don’t bring yo a** to my page. Don’t come over here talking about my family! I think I have an idea who is behind these fake pages talking about my family, trying to make my mom feel bad saying that my mom was trying to make my stepmom look like a side chick.” She continued, “No way in the world! My mother and my stepmom have the most beautiful relationship, most mature loving relationship. . . mind you, my stepmom married my dad a while after my mother and my father were divorced so there’s no overlapping whatsoever, there’s no side chick, there’s no shade.”
JOHN DAVID WASHINGTON TALKS CRITICISM OF AGE DIFFERENCE WITH 'MALCOLM AND MARIE' CO-STAR ZENDAYA: In an interview with Variety, John David Washington has opened up about the criticism about the 12 year age difference between himself and his Malcolm & Marie star Zendaya. He explained that he isn't concerned about the criticism, saying, “People are going to see in this film how much of a woman she is.” He continued, “She has far more experience than I do in the industry. I’ve only been in it for seven years. She’s been in it longer, so I’m learning from her. I’m the rookie.”
