Shelbyville is set to move forward with its drive-thru Festival of Lights beginning November 20th. The event is held annually in Shelbyville’s Forest Park. East Peoria is also moving forward with its Parade of Lights. Festival of Lights officials say the 36-year-old holiday tradition will continue on November 21st. Organizers are encouraging people to socially distance along the approximately two-mile route, or to watch the live stream.
