Pritzker: COVID-19 Positivity Rates Going Down in Most Illinois Regions

Governor J.B. Pritzker says the average COVID-19 positivity rates in most regions of Illinois are going down.  Pritzker said yesterday that only three regions are seeing a significant increase.  Regions that include the Metro East and Will and Kankakee Counties will have to continue with increased COVID-19 restrictions.  The governor said it is up to each person, city, and business in the state to slow the spread of the virus.
