The Piatt County Mental Health Center is back open. The facility held a soft reopening yesterday. Workers at the center say they’re looking forward to serving people with mental disabilities, who have had a tough time during the pandemic. The center’s program is for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and will provide day training with precautions. Those participating in the program will go through an in-depth assessment before being cleared according to COVID-19 guidelines.
