Heat Wave Makes Its Way To Central Illinois

A heat wave has made its way to Central Illinois.  Meteorologists say a high pressure system is sitting over Kansas and Missouri and bringing in hot air from the south and west.  High temperatures in Davenport will be in the mid 90’s through Thursday. This coming weekend the central part of the state could see some needed rain as the remnants of Hurricane Laura move north.
