A group of Bradley University students is suing the school. The class-action lawsuit filed in federal court July 14th asks for reimbursement of tuition and fees for all students for the time when in-person classes were shut down because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The lawsuit doesn’t indicate how much money students should be refunded for last semester.
