Governor J.B. Pritzker is introducing a five-phase, regional plan to reopen Illinois.
Pritzker announced the plan yesterday, saying it is based on regional healthcare availability and the density of COVID-19 cases in different regions of the state. For the Restore Illinois plan, the state has been divided into northeast, north-central, central, and southern Illinois. Each region can move independently through the phases of reopening.
