Yesterday the Decatur Federation of Teaching Assistants packed the Board of Education meeting.
The DFTA feels the Board lacks respect and willingness to get a fair deal done. They cite that they have been bargaining since April 2019 and working without a contract since July.
The DFTA will have another mediation meeting tonight.
