After a number of complaints about teenagers causing issues at Hickory Point Mall, Macon County deputies will increase their presence in the area. Incidents include: teenagers damaging vehicles, employees being harassed and teenagers walking in the road.
The Sheriff’s office asks parents of teenagers who frequent the area to talk to their kids about safety or have a chaperone supervise.
