Pritzker’s budget proposed

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker is proposing a 40-billion dollar budget.  Pritzker revealed his second budget plan in office on Tuesday.  The budget hinged on the approval of voters of a graduated income tax.  Illinois Democrats have said that Illinois would generate an additional 1.4 billion dollars for education and pensions if the graduated income tax is approved.
