A man who was arrested at Richland Community College has been accused of attacking a student and then threatening the student with a pool cue.
When an officer arrived, Darwin Hackman shoved the officer and also threatened them with the cue while they resisted arrest. In resisting, he damaged the officer’s glasses. Hackman has been charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer and aggravated battery in a public place.
