A man from Charleston has been convicted of armed robbery for robbing a wireless phone retailer. Alfred Jerry was sentenced to 22 years in prison for robbing the store back in May of 2019. Jerry walked into the store with a gun and made employees go into a backroom where he threatened to shoot them if they didn’t follow his instructions.
They were forced to fill a trash can with money and merchandise. Jerry left the store on foot and he was arrested just minutes later.
