A man has been accused of stealing TVs from both WalMarts in Decatur. Shantez Emery was seen loading TVs in to his car back in July of 2019.
An employee at WalMart on Maryland Street asked Emery to show his receipt, to which he refused and walked out of the store.
Emery was arrested on January 30th after an investigation into the matter and charged with three counts of burglary.
