A man has been accused of sealing car parts from a local auto dealership.
Barry Williams was seen on security footage entering the lot of Premier Auto Sales in the early morning on January 13th. He was seen going underneath a truck twice, and eventually left with the catalytic converter.
Williams was identified and eventually stopped on I-72 and found in possession of seven catalytic converters and the necessary tools for removing parts from vehicles.
He has been charged with theft, obstructing justice and violating the recyclable metal purchase registration law.
