A Decatur man, who was shot in the buttocks, claims a man wearing a mask shot him as he got into his vehicle on Decatur’s East side. The 26-year-old was not very descriptive with officers when he was questioned, only stating that it happened on the East side of town.
Decatur police are continuing to investigate.
