A DNA match from evidence that came from a 2018 residential burglary led to the arrest of a 31-year-old Macon man.
He is accused of breaking into a house in Macon and stealing checks and medication. Gardening gloves discovered at the scene were taken to the Illinois State Police crime lab where DNA on the gloves matched the 31-year-old, who is now facing a felony charge for residential burglary.
