A 24-year-old who was hit by a vehicle early Sunday is withholding information from police.
The man was hit on West Harrison Avenue and taken to a nearby Decatur Memorial Hospital. When police came to speak to him, he only said the situation “got way out of control”, leaving officers with no details of how the events transpired.
The victim had no serious injuries.
