A teenager was killed at a New Year’s Eve party in Normal on Tuesday. Around 11:40 p.m. officers were called to a party on Putnam Avenue where they found a 17-year-old who had been shot in the abdomen.
The teen was rushed to a hospital but succumbed to their injury.
The teen was at a party when infighting between different groups led to shots being fired.
