Police have filed charges of home invasion, unlawful use of a weapon and battery against a Decatur man after he kicked in a window of a Macon home.
On Friday, the resident of the house woke up to his dog barking and noticed a man kicking a front window of the house. The resident and his roommate then got into an altercation with the man, who was carrying a BB gun.
The suspect has been booked into Macon County Jail.
